(CRHoy.com) This morning the Cartago Criminal Court suspended the trial for the death of Allison Bonilla Vásquez due to a last-minute disability presented by the prosecutor in charge of the case Paula Aragón.
The judges, visibly upset, decided to notify the Public Ministry to appoint another prosecutor to be in charge of attending the debate.
In a document sent by the Deputy Prosecutor for Drug Trafficking and Related Crimes, the court was told that there was no other representative, however, the judges notified that office that they should look for him.
Thus, the trial would begin again next Friday with the declaration of Pathology officials from the San Joaquín de Flores forensic sciences complex.
